Black Hillls Flower Essences can be tested in person and over the phone. 

They come in 1/2 oz. dropper bottles, including explanations as to what essences where tested (pendulum) and why as well as instructions as to when, how long and how often to take them. My flower essences are suspended in hoeopathic alkaline water without preservatives or alcohol.
